Banana Muffins



You will need:


- 3 large bananas
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- chocolate chips (optional)
- nuts (optional)

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:
Mash the bananas; add the slightly beaten egg and the sugar.

Step 3:
Stir in the melted butter.

Step 4:
Stir in the dry ingredients.

Step 5:
Spoon the mixture into paper muffin cups and place them in a medium-sized muffin pan.

Step 6:
Bake for about 20 minutes.
