You will need:
- 250 g biscuit (Petit-Beurre)
- 200 ml milk
For the chocolate filling:
- 250 g butter
- 7 egg yolks
- 7 egg white
- 200 g sugar
- 150 g plasma ground biscuits
- 200 g melted chocolate
- 1 whipped cream
Step 1:
Soak the biscuit into the milk, just for few seconds so that they absorb just a little milk. Then place them into the tin.
Step 2:
Pour the egg yolks into a bowl. Add butter and sugar and combine.
In another bowl mix egg whites, plasma ground biscuits and melted chocolate.
Combine these two fillings together.
TIP:
The chocolate can also be melted in the microwave.
Step 3:
Pour the cream into a bowl. Whisk it well.
Step 4:
Pour the chocolate filling over the biscuits.
Finish by adding a whipped cream on the cake.
Leave in a fridge for few hours.
