You will need:
- 4 apples, cored and cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- cinnamon
- nutmeg (optional)
- toasted coconut (optional)
Step 1:
In a bowl, stir together the raisins and cream cheese.
Step 2:
Spread the mixture on one side of the apple wedges.
Step 3:
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and/or coconut (if using) and enjoy!
