Salsa Rice



You will need:


- 1/2 cup long grain rice
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 cup water

Step 1:
In a small saucepan, mix the rice, salsa and water.

Step 2:
Bring to a boil, cover the saucepan with a lid and reduce the heat to low.

Step 3:
Simmer, stirring a few times, for about 20-25 minutes (until the rice is tender).
